UNAM develops low-cost grey water recycling system

Researchers at Mexico’s national university (UNAM) have developed a procedure to recycle domestic and industrial grey water that could reduce daily consumption in a city by 75%. The three-stage procedure has low costs and could save up to 150l/d per resident, study author Carlos Sagreda was quoted as saying.
